Refund policy

FAULTY GOODS
We try to ensure that all goods supplied are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item please return to the address detailed below. Any faulty goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

RETURNS POLICY
Any goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly customised or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This includes any specific embroidery and/or printing. This is as per 28.1 (b) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Any exception to this is at the sole discretion of STC Teamwear Ltd.

For all other returns notice must be given within 14-days of receipt of the goods. The goods have to be returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition within a further 14-days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any order placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and must be in writing by email to info@stc-teamwear.com stating the order reference number.
